Using an outdated browser makes your computer vulnerable to attack and makes your internet browsing difficult. Make sure you're up to date.

Which browser is best for editing your CMS?

In general we advise you to use either Firefox or Chrome to edit your website via the CMS. There are a number of reasons for this relating to how the browser deals with code, mainly Javascript.

Download the latest versions of each browser using the links below or speak with your IT team about updating your system's default browser.

Is there a message at the top of the screen telling you your browser is out of date? This is automatically shown if you're using an old browser so we recommend updating it as soon as possible.
